The Personal Records list is a simple 3-page sheet for recording your personal details in case of emergency. It includes items such as contact details for your accountant, lawyer, insurance company and, of course, next of kin.
You can also record appliance serial numbers, as well as details of any valuables and descriptions of your furniture. This may also assist as a cross-check when moving.
 If you do not already have the free Acrobat Reader software you will need to download it from the Adobe website before you can view and print the document.
